Dr Harr was awesome. Dug stuff out of my arm and didn’t even feel it. But best of all, she cares and put me at ease. Other stuff; Easy to make appointment, easy check in, and very little wait. I will continue using them for all my skin cancer needs….ha…

Felt like i was an inconvenience. Wanted mole removed but dr made me feel like I was not worth his time and i had no confidence in his ability. Felt my concerns about arthritis and psoriasis were brushed off. Said he was sending an RX in and told me to come back in 6 weeks. Im tired of drs just throwing prescriptions at me with no care as to why im having issues. I know im older and struggling because my body falling apart. But he really made me feel uncomfortable like i was a pariah with his triple layer of protective gear.... read more

Epiphany Dermatology is a dermatology factory. Very impersonal, not rude, but not exhibiting any of the welcoming behaviors that would give one confidence that the practice is a partner in your health care. This feeling extends from the front desk, to the nurse that walks you back, to the Dr. that doesn’t even introduce himself. I don’t have any major dermatology issues so I really can’t say how good the Dr.’s are, but I can tell you that the nurse and Dr. that I saw are not upbeat and positive.

Reminder sent thru text message of my upcoming appointment didn’t mention company or doctors name. Didn’t want to confirm appointment not knowing who sent the message. Called to confirm & they say they are aware but nothing has been corrected. Very strange, especially with all the scams being sent out these days.
