welcoming front desk staff. the waiting room was warm, quiet and clean. check-in was simple (ahead of time) and no repetitive processes. I was taken back to the exam room quickly and had time to get ready, my Dr. was on time and always takes the time to greet me, explain anything and took time to check me out. The assistant was very pleasant and cheery. *Maybe add some soft background music to the room? *Maybe add an anti-ICE poster in the hallway ;-) thank you - always a nice experience
