Good customer service Sheraz and karoline gave me good customer service. Epos have replaced my machine in two days...
Tech support Epos now tech support are the most patient people I have ever met. They scheduled in a time, called me on time. I wasn’t at the restaurant so they waited online whilst I drove there and respectfully stayed on the line for over 2 hrs to fix the hardware setup issues. Amazing. Starting a new business isn’t easy but they helped above and beyond. And they continue to do so …
Reassuring Experience Sheraz Khan was my consultant. I was a little anxious about learning a new system but Sheraz Khan was very patient, kind and gave easy to follow instructions which made me feel at ease.
Lovely software easy to use and good support too I purchased the software which I love the look of and find it simple to use, and when I had an issue support was just an email away and person I was dealing with Mazeda Begom really knew her stuff and had my problem sorted out in no time. if you are in the market looking for a great priced POS software then it is hard to look past eposnow. Read this......The Support person [Name Removed] was excellent. But...... [Name Removed] the technical support person was Great at what he does. I would have given 5 star if not for the following: When I sign up, I was told by sales that I will only be charge $49 +gst per month. Now because I was running behind in opening my restaurant. ( many reasons but mainly Lawyer, councils and contractors delay). Setting up eposnow terminal and eftpos machine joshua hodkinson did a great Job with helping us get up and running with our eposnow setup, most appreciated, not quite there yet but certainly appreciate his knowledge of the toolset. Cheers
