Treated very poorly and my jr loan officer was extremely disrespectful. I moved on and worked with another company that had real 5 star reviews.

I started this refi process in June of 2020. It finally closed in October of 2020. I will give some grace with that as I know everyone and their brother is refinancing right now. The area I was completely frustrated with is the communication from this company. Again, everyone is busy, however, I feel they should be communicating with me about the status of the loan.
