Dr. Pollack performed my first colonoscopy on me and I felt no pain at all during the procedure and 5 polyps were removed!This could have prevented cancer. Thank you to Doctor Pollack.
Dr. Pollack is knowledgeable and efficient, but I'm consistently surprised at how he flips from personable to condescending and curt. He only shares test results and follow up through the portal, not a phone call. He made assumptions about my health in the past without asking important follow up questions (that would affect my care!) or talking to the rest of my care team. Procedures can feel rushed. I just had my colonoscopy and endoscopy done and could not have asked for a better experience.Staff was extremely professional and friendly -Dr Pollack spent time explaining the results and my prep was excellent- I would recommend Dr. Pollack highly.

Dr Pollack was very kind and gentle in his approach while being very thorough in his explanations. He was very funny as well which is quite unusual for a Dr. The only complaint that I have is that I had trouble scheduling an appointment and the staff at the front desk could be more friendly
