I don't "love" going to a dentist but almost do with Dr. Batterton and his staff. He is pleasant and thorough and explains what he's doing as he does his work. Lisa, my hygienist, is very capable and gentle. The ladies at the desk are friendly and businesslike. I've been a patient for about eight years and will continue to be.

Love Dr.Batterton and all who work here. So personable. If novacaine is needed for a procedure, the shot doesn't really hurt when Dr. Batterton gives it. And he's honest. I lost a cap a few years back. He admitted there was an adverse reaction with the special glue they use and the ointment to kill off any bacteria. He replaced the crown with no charge. He could have not said anything and charged me for a new crown.
