The visit felt rushed. I was prescribed medication without any tests or deeper discussion of symptoms. I was hoping for a more thorough evaluation from a specialist. Considering a second opinion.
I had procedure scheduled with Dr. High for 8:00 am and was instructed to arrive at 7:45 am. I was his first appointment of the day. While waiting, two staff separately apologized and told me Dr. High was not there and was running late. At 8:45 am -1 hr after my arrival- I got re-dressed and left the procedure room as I had to get to work. I complained to the staff about my wait and they were very supportive and apologetic.
