He updates you continuously throughout the process (without you having to ask), answers any questions that you may have very quickly and expertly, and overall just gives you the confidence knowing that you're getting straight answers. Eric’s assistant made our loan go sideways just days before closing. She had all of our information for weeks and waited until the final days to ask for more. We were ready to let the loan fall through. Thankfully Eric came in and got the financing back on track.

I’m not sure if it was Terry getting docs in late or your assistant dropping the ball. I would never recommend VIP. This process was long and it seems the communication was beyond lacking. Terrible experience.
