Eric and his team were so great throughout the entire process. Even when we had a hiccup, they were able to come up with a solution and still get us the best interest rate. Kalea was amazing and always answered our questions and if it was something she was unsure of she would get the answer right away and get back to us. Our overall experience was amazing and would recommend them to anybody!
We absolutely loved Joey. Hands down will continue to use him and his team!! We even made a referral while using him, if that shows you how impressed we were.

MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT WHEN ERIC'S ASSISTANT WAS REQUESTING MORE AND MORE FINANCIAL INFO IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THEY HAD ADVISED US IN THE BEGINNING THAT FANNIE MAY WAS DOING WHAT IT NORMALLY DOES AND WE WOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN IT PERSONALLY. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WE'RE QUITE HAPPY VWITH OUR NEW HOME.
