I have dealt directly with banks for most loans that I have acquired and there always seem to be more and then more paper work required and more hoops to jump through with always a final (and costly) surprise at the end Eric gave me a list of documents to work through from the outset and he gave me an accurate appraisal of the loan amount and conditions.
