Well, it wasn't that there was anything wrong with cooperation and satisfaction. It really is all about the system used to complete an application. The long distance communication back and forth was very unpleasant. I am a senior citizen and have gone through a lot of mortage applications. I refinanced my apartment with a promise to close a HELOC which was the reason why I had called him in the first place. He offered a refinance with a heloc at the same time. I closed the refi 7/27/20 and no Heloc. I've called numerous times with no satisfaction and no heloc. His superiors, Chuck Easter & Mike Keldaugh leave a lot to be desired. I've left multiple messages and they have not returned any of my calls. A piece of advise, don't use Eric Moss nor the company that he represents.

I have had many mortgage transactions over my lifetime. This was not a good experience. Manage expectations is the advice I would give.

Eric was nice and easy to deal with. If Eric were to leave this company I would recommend him. I would never recommend his company and will tell everyone I can about the terrible experience I had with Mutual of Omaha!!
