My ONLY complaint is that when our loan was preparing to close and we were stressed to the max, Eric's people called and wanted documents that we had already sent. We were living out of a hotel and those documents were not in easy reach. We informed the person who called that we had already sent those docs and, believe it or not, she found them. Didn't make us happy..
