2 delays, both lender caused, causing by seller to close a week late. No calls from lender only cross agent to explain situation.

The communication about the closing date was poor. This also happened in our prior experience. We were informed of our proposed closing date less than 24 hours prior to close. Usually working with Eric and his team has been a stress free event.

The FHA loans with DPA evidently made this transaction a bit more complicated than it needed to be. I had issues with negotiating based on the current market conditions and the appraiser came out 3 times, costing the buyer unnecessary expenses.

Started the process out as expected and experienced before, but later in the process I had to initiate the closing. No communication until I initiated, and then they expected me to close that afternoon, which in our case was impossible due to my wife having a medical procedure scheduled. I know there is a tremendous amount of business right now, but very disappointed this time.
