I have complete trust in Dr Kaplan. She takes time to explain everything she is doing as she’s doing it. I am a nervous patient, and she makes me feel very comfortable. In case of emergency she gives you her cell number, I think that’s awesome! Thank goodness I haven’t had to use it.
My case is complicated but I have complete faith in Dr. Kaplan. She is an expert in her field, has a compassionate demeanor and incredible patience. I’ve been through periodontal surgery, extractions, bone grafts and implants. She and my treating dentist have coordinated a treatment plan that is now in the final stages, I could not feel more at ease and more confident that the end result will be fabulous!
