The overall experience was incredible. From education about the roof to work performed. The crew was efficient and made the place look great. The cleaned up impeccably. Walking it the next day found a few things but nothing unexpected. The house is already feeling the effect of the roof and it is an amazing difference.

Erie was very good to work with from the salesman Mark that came out twice (due to being mid construction on a porch addition). Had a little issue with there new software platform as far as the financing, but the general manager was on the phone with me the next day walking through what to take care of to get everything going. Ryan the install manager was good to work with as well, very quick turnaround on scheduling. The complaints I have is that the price seems a little high, but as long as the warranty is upheld if ever... read more

Guys showed up on time, got it done in a day, protected shrubs and flowers, we're nice, professional, cleaned up after themselves. Perhaps could of spent a little more time looking for left behind nails, but nothingvserious. Roof looks nice, hasn't leaked. I opted to pay more for Erie, because of the level of professionalism of the sales person. He took his time, was nice, didn't beat us up, answered all of our questions, as opposed to a couple of other guys who drove in, wrote a number on the back of a business card and lef... read more

Excellent job! Six workers came at 8:00 AM, and we’re done about 6:00 PM. The house and shrubbery were well protected, and they did a good cleanup when finished. Great to have a perfect roof for winter. Thank you, Erie Home!
