The Erie sales team and the install team were informative, professional and very efficient replacing my shingle roof with my metal roof. I am very happy with my new roof by Erie! The crew showed up promptly at 730am and were done by 3p! It's a great looking roof, done with quality materials and done quickly. Every trace of roofing materials were cleaned up from the yard and the dumpster was taken away 2 days later. Definitely worth the price for the quality of the materials and workmanship!

The initial sales reps were great in pointing out the issues with my roof as well as taking pictures and getting up into the attic to check everything out. Great job by them in explaining everything and putting things in motion. The work crew showed up early on the day of installation and definitely worked hard to remove the old shingles. However, when I noticed they started to put on the new shingles, they did not take out the old roof exhaust fan that was stated would be removed on the original contract that I had signed. ... read more
