They replaced damaged OSB decking, installed a full ice and water shield barrier, and built a proper chimney cricket that our previous roof never had. The difference is night and day. Erie homes roofing construction company did the best roof installation I have ever seen in my life. They tore my old one off and completely redone it all in one day and let me tell ya they worked hard. They were able to get me a decent loan and did an amazing job.
