Inspection was very thorough. Thought we only a back porch roof done but in the end, needed a whole roof. Work was done in 1 1/2 days and we couldn’t be happier. Product is well above the rest out there. Crew was fantastic, took care of not damaging any plants around the front, replaced the rotted boards, did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend.

Arrived on time, waited out rainy weather, prepped property with tarps to catch debris.. After roof installed, collected all debris and swept the property with magnet for loose nails. Great job. Have not found any loose nails on property. Roof looks great.

Erie Homes did more than just replace our roof — they corrected structural issues and upgraded our entire protection system. They replaced damaged OSB decking, installed a full ice and water shield barrier, and built a proper chimney cricket that our previous roof never had. The difference is night and day.
