Anyone that owns a house and asks questions on the internet, ends up being subjected to a badgering from companies trying to say their product is the best, cheapest, has the best warranty, and can have it done yesterday. Erie Home did not confront me this way. They qualified me by asking questions, not making statements. I was not rushed, coerced, given false promises, or lied to about pricing, schedule, or warranty. The project was completed sooner than anticipated and the guys that were here were very friendly and professional through the whole process. The workers made sure that they cleaned up every night before they left.

I had a very good experience with Erie! They were here for 3 days, working tirelessly to get the waterproofing done. I got daily updates on how the project was looking, they asked me some questions on how best to do it, and even fixed some things down there that werent necessary. Great work, polite people, and it looks like it will last!!

The work was done as we I had discussed 100%. The product once installed looks way better than just the demonstration sample. The installers we're in and out as promised and left behind no mess. I'm very satisfied with the overall product and installation they have provided and with the warranty they offer I'm sure I have nothing to worry about for the years to come.
