It was a pleasure to deal with Erie Home. From the salesman to the final contact everything went flawlessly. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. The crew were amazing and did it all in one day,. From tear off, repair, replace and cleanup. Needless to say we love our new roof.

Crew was great, did fine work on a terribly hot day. Damaged 2 window screens which I replaced on my own. Trampled flowers, but they are perennials and will come back next year. Salesman lied blatantly. Said the shingles are 4 times heavier than anything else on the market. Claimed they would install ventilation on all the ridge lines. Told me they would cut back the sheeting away from the ridge so ridge vents would work. Claimed they would install your grey underlayment over the entire roof. We had a full roof replacement done and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The initial estimate was clear and itemized with exact shingle brands. The crew worked around bad weather from sun up to sun down to finish the job in three days. We are very happy with the results. Definitely a great product and service.

We used Erie for our new roof and are very pleased with the job they did, Our roof was 25 years old and the workers discovered unforeseen problems due to both age and some shoddy work done many years ago. Although these significantly increased the labor required for the replacement they provided the repairs at no additional cost and brought the roof to a much more structurally sound condition. We are still in process of completing our roof replacement and new gutters. Installers had to return to fix flashing on chimney as initial job was not done to satisfaction. Gutters is a different story. **** ******came with one person, took 2 days and we had issue with one gutter thar extended past roof line. was told he would fix, be decided not to change.
