The sales representative was professional and informative. He conducted an inspection that was far beyond what any other roofing company provided. That is to include the Insurance Company Representative. The Erie Sales Team was thorough in explaining the different levels of roofing product they have to offer. We selected an intermediate product and scheduled the installation a few days later. The installation was done in one day and we had a storm the next weekend. The new roof held up well. The salesman was informative and showed us the difference in their products from others. The communication after the contract was signed was timely and professional. The installation was finished in one day( and we have a large roof) they cleaned up the debris thoroughly except for roofing nails I found on my driveway. I would recommend Eerie for your next roof.
