Salesmen presentation was through with the exception of one of the sales person told me my Leaf filter warranty covered the removal and re install which was not true, but negotiated with Tom for a final price being adjusted was agreed on,The install crew did a good job of protecting around the house with tarps and 4x8 sheets leaning against the house so no damage to the siding,there cleanup was very good after job completion, friendly. Erie Home just finished replacing our roof and installing gutters, as well as replacing the plywood base in several areas where water damage had occurred. We are more than pleased. Start to finish, each step in the project was completed exactly as promised. The workers took the extra care to cover our deck furniture and plants, and once finished, removed every scrap of debris from the tear-down and installation.
