Erie Home was working at our neighbors house when we had the opportunity to ask about replacement gutters. Nate came over with the details and price. and within a couple weeks our old, clogged up, ugly gutters were gone and replaced with beautiful new ones with the gutter guards. Chris, the installer, was fantastic. They cleaned up everything and hauled away the old gutters. Contracted Erie Home to install shake shingle metal roof on house and separate garage. Found roof underlayment needed to be replaced on house portion following fiberglass shingle removal. They replaced wood underlayment where necessary, installed ice guard and synthetic underlayment over entire roof surface, installed metal roofing and ridge venting. Erie Home provides a high-quality roofing system. Their personnel were very responsive to our questions. The one day tear off and installation definitely met our expectations. I feel reassured our 80 year old home now has a roof that meets code compliance, so the investment we made in this roofing project was well worth it.

Materials showed up when promised and roof was stripped and new roof laid as told alot to do in a day with couple hours left for the next day and clean up after that never knew they were here except for the fantastic roof. Beautiful job

They were very fast and got it done and cleaned up in less than a day. But there were a few things that could have been done better. Putting the siding back on where they had to remove it was not replaced well. Some of the facia did not get put back on that they had removed.

Installation and product are great. I’m giving them 3 stars because they Misrepresented the Finance Service providers they use. The old “bait and switch”. I personally feel this technique is misleading and untrustworthy. IF YOU ARE FINANCING thru Erie be very very aware of Who will be owning your debt. My contract was sold within 2 weeks and none of the quoted values for monthly payments etc. Matched up.
