Did a great job. A+ work from beginning to end.
Business response:
Hi, Jessie. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
From the first initial contact, thru the initial contact, all the way thru the completed project ( roof and gutter) the team at Erie kept us informed and was available for any question we had. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our new roof , as we’re older now having the peace of mind that our roof will last is a blessing. We went above what we thought it would cost but the results are worth it.
Business response:
Hi, Buddy. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, we really appreciate it!
The people that we met were very professional and thoroughly answered our questions. The roof was completed exactly as described and gives us a great sense of security for a job well done. The guarantee is a wonderful backup, though it looks unlikely that we will need it anytime soon.
Business response:
Hi, Debra. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
Our sales representative was very helpful and professional. If we had any questions he never hesitated to answer them. And the crew arrived early and started as soon as everyone had arrived and they even continued to work when it started raining. They cleaned up when they had completed the job.
Business response:
Hi, Marvetta. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!

Highly recommend Eri for roof inspection and installation. Friendly employees, clear presentation of options and financing options. Great team to do the work and clean up was exceptional.
Erie is a class act. Lots of roofing education, good selection of products, guarantees on work and product and excellent implementation. Communications with all the people involved was good, which included the installation guys, project foreman and sales team. I am a happy customer with no worries for the future of my roof.
Extremely satisfied with the entire process. Amazing product, very happy.
Very nice work and great people to work with and clean up was great
