The Erie homes team did an exceptional A++ job from beginning to end! The initial presentation team was very knowledgeable about their products. They did not do a high pressure sales pitch and every aspect of owning, financing, installation and warranty questions were answered fully. We had a crew of 7 that installed our roof over 1.5 days. Communications were timely and clear. Even with a couple of unexpected crew issues the install went well. Their quality assurance person checked the work out a couple of days later, identified some issue and called the crew out to correct. Additionally, a few days later I identified some damage not previously noted by the crew. I contacted the company (providing images) and they promptly responded via email and phone call. Crew arrived early and promptly started. Prep went well, only issue was alignment of skylight window, which the crew corrected. Would have been done early, but local inspector was late in the afternoon. Roof looks good, was tested that night when rain happened, no leaks. Their QA person identified issues the next, call the crew and had it corrected that same day. Overall happy with the experience to date.

We had fiberglass shingles installed by Erie in April of this year. Everything that was explained to us has come true. We have noticed a marked difference in temperature for our 2nd floor (before new roof it was very warm). We have had a few severe storms without issue. Clean up was performed very well and completely. Would recommend Erie!!

We love our new roof! Its beautiful, and I know it will last the test of time and Iowa weather! the staff were truly a pressure to work with, from the inspector to the supplier, and the construction crew that came to install it. All were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. The price wasn't cheap, but I definitely feel it was worth every penny for the peace of mind and 40 year warranty.
