An amazing company to work with from start to finish. We had a 20+ year old 3 tab shingle roof that was quite literally falling apart causing terrible drafts in the house. 3 weeks after they inspected and gave us a quote, their team showed up and replaced the roof with their product. We immediately felt the difference in the heat/cold retention in the house and it will definitely alleviate our bills. If you’re ever in need of a roof, Erie homes should be the first number you call!

The Erie homes team did an exceptional A++ job from beginning to end! The initial presentation team was very knowledgeable about their products. They did not do a high pressure sales pitch and every aspect of owning, financing, installation and warranty questions were answered fully. We had a crew of 7 that installed our roof over 1.5 days. Communications were timely and clear. Even with a couple of unexpected crew issues the install went well. Their quality assurance person checked the work out a couple of days later, identified some issue and called the crew out to correct. Additionally, a few days later I identified some damage not previously noted by the crew. I contacted the company (providing images) and they promptly responded via email and phone call. Crew arrived early and promptly started. Prep went well, only issue was alignment of skylight window, which the crew corrected. Would have been done early, but local inspector was late in the afternoon. Roof looks good, was tested that night when rain happened, no leaks. Their QA person identified issues the next, call the crew and had it corrected that same day. Overall happy with the experience to date.
