The crew that came to install the roof spent 14 hours on the first day to prepare for inclement weather and on the third day they work nine hours straight, very respectful, cleaned up very well after themselves would recommend. Now the new metal roof really makes my house pop in my neighborhood.

From the beginning of the sale process, all the way to the end of the project went without a hiccup! The sale engineer's professionalism was exceptional, customer service was fantastic, very knowledgeable of roofing materials, and they were cost-effective. It was a 1-2-3 processes. Materials were delivered a day before the installation, right at the driveway. The installation contractor performed the entire roof replacement in two days without any difficulty. I was very impressed with the salesmen as I felt very well educated with their superior materials. The installation was flawless. The office staff was always available to assist with financing questions. Just be aware when the finance company offers a delay in payment you are still accruing interest. I asked to start payments on time and they were every helpful.

Erie came to my house 8 in the morning. The workers were very nice and the cleaned as they go. I thought it was going to take 2 days for my roof but they finished it in one day. The workers pounded all day until they were finished. Im very pleased with my roof

The product looks as good as the architectural material it replaced, and the design allows the elimination of unsightlt "crickets" that used to detract from the appearance of the gutter system with which the new roof interacts. The team' worked with diligence and care. The team leader took time to discuss my concerns, explain options, and resolve issues. Cleanup was thorough.
