At first I was a little skeptical about the whole presentation. But after the inspection, seeing the materials they were going to use, and having the full process explained clearly, we felt confident moving forward. The install crew was excellent—skilled, professional, and very detail-oriented. Doing a roof on a 110-year-old, two-story home is not easy, but they handled it without any issues and the finished work looks great. Erie did a good job of replacing my entire roof. We were told by the foreman that we would be given before and after pics of the roof replacement. We did see before pics; did not see after pics. On the second day, the cleanup crew did a good job by picking up old tar paper and nails. The only thing I did not care for was the hard sales pitch at the beginning of the process.
