I used the Internet to get a free quote on a metal roof for my home. William came out on a Saturday to do the quote. You completed it in a day and made sure to clean up the site. You called to follow up to see if I was satisfied. I had a couple of questions/concerns about my roof/gutter. You came out promptly and managed to inspect them and address my concerns.

Install the roof and replace some wood it was quick efficient and they cleaned up well afterwards. It looks great and I feel confident that my roof will last me for many years to come.

At first I was a little skeptical about the whole presentation. But after the inspection, seeing the materials they were going to use, and having the full process explained clearly, we felt confident moving forward. The install crew was excellent—skilled, professional, and very detail-oriented. Erie did a good job of replacing my entire roof. We were told by the foreman that we would be given before and after pics of the roof replacement. We did see before pics; did not see after pics. On the second day, the cleanup crew did a good job by picking up old tar paper and nails. The only thing I did not care for was the hard sales pitch at the beginning of the process.

We are vary please with our new roof. Everyone has been great and the roofers went over and beyond on installing and cleaning up after they finished before leaving. We feel they treated us like family. Every one we have dealt with from Erie has treated us like family. I give a big hug to all and
