From start to finish our experience with Erie Home was a very pleasant, polite, and professional one. Appointments made. Appointments kept. Personnel arrived at designated appointment time. Joe and his assistant did a thorough inspection of the foundation and provided options for repair. Bobby Hawkins, installation technician, and I did a thorough walk through before he got started filling cracks and prepping the foundation for fibered straps (bands). Ok. Crawl space floor is not as flat as I thought it would be . Very lumpy and uneven. Difficult to kneel on to move around on. But it is just a crawl space. It's ok. Happy it got done. The workers were very good and pleasing to be with. Courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks alot for doing the job.
