The team that came out to give us a cost and the procedure for waterproofing out basement were excellent. They were very thorough and specific about each step of the procedure and make sure we understood what was going to happen. The work crew that came out were very kind, polite, and courteous they did an excellent job except for two things that we were a little disappointed with was that the prep team did not come out to prep before the work team , also there were electrical wires to the outlets were hanging on the wall in... read more

Basement looks a lot better. The workers are amazing: Chad, Seth, Eric, Aron, Bailey, Raymond, and Antonio they let me know each day what they'd be doing. If anything popped up they were quick to come to me to address it. Only concern that I might have is trying to get a hold of someone if a problem or a question pops up. I tried a couple of times to reach out and had not heard anything back for for a few days and got a little worried.
