One star off for cost. I had 4 bids. Erie had the best sales representative and the men who were here 2.5 days this week did an outstanding job. I had no concern having them in my house. I don't say that lightly as I had a person bidding a job on a bath redo who stole from me. They did an outstanding job and I can recommend them without hesitation. I will follow up after winter if anything changes.Â
