The sales men are great at their job. Really got us excited about fixing our moldy seeping basement. The first appointment went smooth. They installed a air purifier. The second appointment was a no call no show. So i called to complain and they sent them out two days later to prep the site. The prep group was two men and i was absolutely happy with what they did.
