The management is easy to talk to. The technician is very knowledgeable & friendly. He did the job very well. I recommend Erie home for every body who needs the job and to be done very well and honestly.

New roof looks great, and it was installed ahead of schedule.
Business response:
Hi, ******. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
The sales, installation, & follow up after the sale have all been great. They were prompt in getting the roof replaced even though we did not have any urgent need for it (it was just time for a replacement). The install crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I really like the quality of the shingles company they choose to use. Nothing negative about the experience.

Love this company! Got an estimate on Saturday *the salesman was straightforward and honest), credit approval through their affiliate on Tuesday, and a new roof installed on Thursday! The crew that came out was quick, personable, and left no evidence that they'd just torn off and replaced a roof (my yard was spotless). The foreman took time to answer all of my questions, and we did a walk-around after the job was finished, and he was happy to answer even more questions. Highly recommend them!
