I called Erie Home to come out to take a look at my roof. The inspector found leeks that I had not seen. We picked the new roof. Two days later the materials were delivered. The next morning the roofing crew came. That evening I had a new roof. Then they removed all materials and trash. They did a great job.

Its beautiful; everything came together perfectly from roll off too the Material delivery right where I wanted it to be placed The labor crew started 7:30am said they would work until 8 that night and then they would finish up completely on following day at 3:00 pm sign paperwork everything was completed and everything was completed cleared job well done crew efficient on the job and ground.

Erie Home brought a very great customer experience. They are fast to quote, fast to great solutions, fast to finance, and impressively fast at scheduling and installation. Great communication. The roof looks stunning (never thought I would say that about a roof, but here we are) as well as the gutters and have already been tested in some of the worst winds in **** recorded history. Not a cheap solution but worth the cost to have a backed product high quality product.

Great product, thorough explanation of the product, the install process, and the financing...all before anything actually happens. Install was quick and efficient, clean up masterful. Very respectful and polite people. Easy to talk to, very responsive, just about as easy as any roof replacement will ever be. Worth every penny.

Very professional. Showed up on time. Removed the old roof, repaired damaged wood, installed new metal roof, replaced gutter shields, cleaned up area after install. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Roof looks wonderful! Completely transforms the look of my house. Many compliments and inquiries by neighbors. Highly recommend *******’s crew and Erie’s roof products.

They replaced our failing asphalt roof with a new metal shingle roof. The whole process took just over a month, but the installation actually was only 2 days. Everyone we spoke to or interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The actual work crew worked their butts off, working until after dark to make sure the removal and new underlayment was complete for the new metal shingle installation the next day.They cleaned up very well. I am thrilled with my new beautiful metal roof and with everyone involved in making it happen. ******, my salesperson, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He spent the time showing me the differences between roof options and even how the roofing system goes together. Everyone I worked with after that was also exceptional. The communication was strong as to what was going to happen and when. The installation crew was so hardworking and left the yard cleaner than when they came.
