Erie Home Roofing has been so great with communications. I have several direct phone numbers to Erie representatives and I can call them with any issue as they take the time to answer questions or look into any issues.

Hi, ****** Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, we really appreciate it!
The crew that worked installing our new roof was the epitome of professionalism. They were highly efficient and left our yard cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
Business response:
Hi, *******. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
The inspector and presenter was knowledgeable and clear. The materials were top notch. The labor crew was timely and worked together well. The prep and clean up was thorough. The crew made sure I was happy with the progress. From what I could tell, the repairs and re-roofing is excellent. I can tell a significant improvement in the attic temps and venting. The lack of a five star rating is the result of the high price, and lack of English speaker when signing completion documents.
Business response:

The process has been handled professionally from start to finish. Every contact along the way has fully explained their part of the process and I always knew who to call and that their response would be swift. The coordination of each step was smooth and the roofers were thorough, efficient and our area was cleaned up completely at the end of each day. I would recommend Erie Home to anyone needing a new roof.
