The whole process of waterproofing my basement from initial visit to finished job was accomplished professionally. Any and all questions/concerns addressed to my complete satisfaction. Erie Roofing recently installed a roof system on our home. It is truly a system with the water and ice shield and underlayment. We are very happy with the end result. The workers were very efficient and friendly, and most importantly to us, was the outstanding job they did of cleaning up after the job. From the initial job survey which showed us where there were some rather serious leak problems to the final product, we are very satisfied.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall price was on the high end, but I think it will be worth the extra cost in long run.

I LOVE my new roof. Erie Home's team is truly a pleasure to work with. They showed me issues and leaks in my roof that I totally overlooked and thought one spot was just a shadow. Boy was I wrong. They were very helpful with every step of the process. They also did something others folks hadn't, they listened to my concerns. They respected me, my home, and my situation. This was a job well done. Thank you Erie.

They did a beautiful job putting a new roof on our home. The older did have to be taken off. They did a great job with cleanup and replacing comprised wood. The job was done in just two days. Cleanup was fantastic. They took care of all of my plants nothing was harmed and my house looks gorgeous. We are absolutely thrilled. .

The salespeople were great to work with. No high-pressure sales tactics. The roofing manager was also good to work with and explained the process of getting my roof replaced. the roofing crew finished up my roof in one day and the clean-up was wonderful. When I walked around the house to make sure everything was picked up, I only found the end of a nail coil and one little piece of a shingle. Work was basically completed Aug 30,2026, Upon this one worker demanded final payment of $100,000.00, that was owed Informed him work was not finished, for the **** ******that were removed are sitting in a pile, Some were miss handled on removal and need to be replaced with new. Told Kevin on phone call, not giving and money to a stranger. Payment was mailed Aug 31 by CERTIFIDED mail. You own **** ******and I expect them to be replaced to the quality of installation performed April 21,2020, Thank you ****** * *******

******* led us to believe our roof install would be complete in one day it took three days. While I realize things can change, there were only two people on sight removing the old roof and replacing with the new. Neither of them spoke our language and if there were concerns we had to wait for the crew chief to arrive before those concerns could be addressed. Perhaps it would more appealing to the customer to have more roofers on the job.
