Erie Home Roofing

The roof looks good and is doing everything you expect a roof to do. We just had a CRAZY rain storm and the roof held up, so there isn't much more you can ask. The team was professional every time there were here and the pricing is good especially with the financing (make sure you pay extra, otherwise you are paying a lot more than what you thought). The warranty was the real reason we were sold, as the quoted price is reasonable to other companies in the area.

The sales and pricing went smoothly. The materials are good quality but those delivered were missing a feature that was supposed to keep bugs and debris from entering the attic through the roof cap. When the matter was addressed they refused to correct the issue. I happened to notice the discrepancy seeing open container without the feature I was sold. I found the manager unresponsive and curt. He implied I was trying to avoid paying, talked about GA code. Refused to provide photos of the job. Instead of coming out himself h... read more

If I could give them 10 stars ?? I would. From the start of the sales call to the finished project. Everyone treated me like I mattered. Listened to my concerns, what I was looking for in color, coverage for my home. I was walked through the whole process shown each step of getting a new roof & what all goes into it. Very professional kind & courteous. Highly recommend Erie Home for your next roofing project.

Contractor showed up each day on time at 7:00 am and left at 7:00 pm. After roof was completed they clean all debris and put everything outside on porch and deck back in place. Highly recommend Erie Home for roofing.

Erie Home did an excellent job on our new roof. Their staff (employees, not hired contractors) were top notch, worked tirelessly, polite, and finished the roof replacement in two days, including all clean-up. Erie has the best roofing systems, so if you want a one-and-done, go with them. I am not a young man, but expect my new roof will outlast me. There are faaaaar cheaper roofers one can hire, and the reasons to do so are understandable, but if you want premium underlayment, vent boots, valley and vent systems, go with Eri... read more

Right from the beginning they were informative about the entire project. They used top of the line materials. They started on the day the promised. We were awakened at 6am. and they finished at 6:30pm with a crew of a dozen. We have large roof, about 6500 sqft. When they were done they cleaned up well with a magnet, but we found a dozen orange tags and nails. The financing contracts appeared to be from two places, and took many calls to get in confirmed that is was from just one company.
