Sales guys knew their product, made sure we understood everything down to financing They were very professional and worked with us. We had a project site manager who was great and made sure we didnt have any questions or answered them. If I had something to say...communications were very good but there was a couple areas that could have been better. It was late, they were tired. We didnt know if they were done or needed to come back. Crew was very professional and worked nonstop all day in the heat to get the job done. You d... read more

From contacting Erie for free estimate, going over the types of roofing, the finance options to the installation an our inspection of my new roof, from the sales team to the installation team Erie was and is nothing but polite, courteous, professional understandable and understanding, friendly, respectful and timely. I definitely recommend Erie to anyone and everyone who is looking for the type of company and employees that I received. Five ?+.

The materials they installed are superior to any I had ever seen. The installers did an amazing job. They worked from sun-up to sunset in extreme heat. Whatever they get paid is not enough... read more

The sales crew presented well the quality products and answered all of our questions. The installation crew was prompt and very professional. The tear off and installation went to 2 days due to the oppressive heat wave.

Very professional installation and business dealing. The team at Erie Homes really ensures that the project goes smoothly and efficiently and the communication from Sales to the install managers down to the contractors are very good

Cannot recommend highly enough. From the beginning presentation, our sales rep was with us throughout the process. There were some hiccups with the finance company (extra steps needed; Erie had no role in this), but they kept in contact as all was resolved. The construction team was top notch. Weather was the complication this time, but they kept coming back when they could to get the job completed ASAP without compromising quality. They also repaired where the facia had fallen off in several areas. Won't lie - it wasn't che... read more
