The salesman came out at 6pm and stayed u til 9pm. They were very informed on the business. But very pushy to get a yes. They discussed things with me that didnt either translate to the roofers or didnt happen at all. They will not replace facia, so dont let the salesman sale you on that. The roofers did ok. They protected the flowers I requested at first. But then stopped and damaged a bunch of them. Which Erie gave me a gift card to replace them. But they werent told to widen my roof gap to allow better circulation. So did... read more

Our roof was inspected and replaced. We knew the price it would cost before they started and they stuck to it. Removed the old roof and cleaned up afterwards

We recently had a roof replaced by Erie Home. The sales team was professional and thoroughly explained the Erie Home product and replacement process. The installation crew was courteous and efficient. The yard and house were protected before the roof was stripped. All debris was cleaned, including rolling magnets to assure there was not a nail left behind. We are very pleased with the entire Erie Home process and high... read more

They inspected our roof and went through the best options with us. They made us aware of what we were missing in the existing roof (came with the house 18 years ago with no vents) and went through all the materials the crew was going to use for our new roof. The in house financing made it all possible with an affordable payment plan. ***** made sure we had the correct vents for our type of r... read more

We are very pleased with the roof. The salesperson who came went into the eaves of our home and inspected it from the inside. The material used was top quality and the price didn't change when they tore off the old roof and found out they had to redeck the entire roof. Very thorough and the cleanup after was impeccable.
