Workers were here at 7 am and started setting up ladders. By 4:15 they had finished all the roofs and cleaned up completely. Ran the magnet roller at least 4 times to make sure ground was clear!!! Very fast

The crew was very capable. They laid down tarps around the house to catch debris. Stripped the roof Efficiently, replaced plywood as needed, laid down ample water membrane first, and added drip edge, and did a beautiful job of installing the fiberglass shingles.

So, a month ago. I received a notice from my home Insurance company that my roof would only be covered up to 30% if it was every damaged because of the age. We reached out to Erie Home to have our roof inspected. An appointment was set up and their roof inspector showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about the Erie Home product. All went well with new roof installation. Day 1, crew shoveled 8 inches of snow off the roof. Day 2, 90% of the new roof was installed. Day3 finished installation and cleaned all around the house.
