Erie Home did a great job coordinating installation of a new roof! It looks great and with the wind gusts we had last night, I was thankful it was taken care of. The Field Reps (one was in training) were clearly knowledgeable about their product and easily answered questions we had. The roofing crew were pleasant, also helped cart away some extra wood we had leftover from another project (a big help!) and did a thorough job of cleaning up debris when the roof was completed. Very pleased with the company.

Quality product. Installation and cleanup were professional and fast. My concerns regarding insect and water access at a coouple of the corners and areas where roof edge met fascia and siding were addressed immediately. Was told it would not be a problem but that nothing could be done about the appearance. The edges are roughly cut off and look "chewed up". The same areas in advertising photos I have been able to veiw do not appear to have the same condition. Not satisfied with this aspect of the transaction.
