We had a rough ending that was a little slow and caused a delay in closing but overall it was a great experience. Our loan officer, Erika and her team were amazing! We had some credit issues and needed a lot of assistance and Erika helped us every step of the way! We’re very thankful and appreciative of her and her team.

Erika and her team rallied around me on a whirlwind turnaround from offer to closing. I was guided every step of the way and given immediate feedback, when necessary. Erika did a great job, we were under a short timeline to close a loan due to divorce. Another lender totally dropped the ball and didn't complete everything. Ericka picked it up and ran it down quickly and ahead of our timeline as promised. She stayed in touch through out the process and put in a lot of work after hours to it through efficiently and got the job done. Very impressed.
