Ernie and his team were very helpful every step of the way during my first time buying a home. Great communication throughout the entire process, emails, calls etc every step of the way. Always kept me up to date of what was going on and where my loan was in the process. I would highly recommend OVM.
Ernie was extremely professional and and delivered as expected. His communication with the underwriter as well as with me, his client were terrific I was always in the know of what was going on and he was always on top of things to make sure to keep me informed of what was going on and what else he needed to continue moving the loan and process along very smoothly. Over the last few years I hit a rough patch and needed to get me my own home again. I originally started with someone else, then I found OVM Financial and I am glad I did. Ernie and Edie were exceptional in the way they handled our loan. They took care of us in a short period of time, looking at both VA and conventional loans, and made sure everything was complete and on time.
