RecommendedOur first visit was amazing. Second visit, not so much. First, a 20 min cleaning was $252. Then my daughter who has Tourette’s and OCD was told by the dentist how badly she needs braces and needs them asap. She is now so concerned with how her teeth look. Then Dr. Su hounded my husband about making a decision TODAY to get her braces with them. Absolutely NO THANK YOU!

I am sorry that your recent experience was not to your liking. I feel there has been some miscommunication about your daughter and I do apologize if I was not clear in my explanation. In no way did I say that we needed to make a decision immediately. That is never the case with braces. However, I did say that the sooner that we start, the sooner we can finish. That is all I meant to recommend. Again, I am sorry for the miscommunication.
RecommendedThey get my son in for his routine cleanings quickly and he doesn’t mind having them cleaned! We went to another pediatric dentist and he was so scared it was an awful experience for him. We moved 45min away and still drive to see Dr. Su!

We won't be back. I'm writing from a friends facebook page because I do not have one but the way he treated my kids was uncalled for. He kept asking "do you act that way in school? Then you won't do it here" First off, my little one isn't even in school yet and regardless if he was going to school, going to the dentist is completely different, of course a child is scared to go to the dentist and then when Dr Su grabbed his face and told him to stop crying, do you really think that's going to calm a child down?!
