Very disappointing experience. No metrics provided and transparency on effectiveness. Called multiple time to get support and never got a human to help me if anything is actually being tracked.

Horrible customer service experience. I’ve been a long time customer. The service worked great until it didn’t. My device doesn’t support their new system requirements and since I’m outside the 30 day renewal date there can be no adjustment for the difference. I didn’t cancel because it worked then. Now it doesn’t and I cannot use it. Their all or nothing policy leaves no room for extenuating circumstances. The support person I spoke to has no listening skills or patience for talking with people.
I switched from an iPhone to an Android and installed the Password manager on my new Android. Although I am able to log into it, it will not function correctly. It simply closes whatever application I am in whenever I try to access the passwords. I opened a support ticket. The first email response contained two lines. I have had ESET on my windows PC for a number of years. I also have it on my Samsung Galaxy Note Android phone. I was never happy with MacAfee. In my area, a large chain computer store uses ESET. That was good enough for me. I've been very happy with the product.
