I am very pleased I switched my dental care to this office 1 year ago. I had received the news from my previous dentist that I had plaque on a molar that was impacting my oral tissue. The previous oral surgeon advised me to pull the tooth and get an implant. That seemed overly aggressive to me so I entrusted my dental intervention to Dr Hertich. This is the best Dentist office I have been to in a long time ! Michelle the dental assistant is exceptional. She is professional , knowledgeable, caring and wonderful. During the time I had to wait for Dr. Pham she answered questions about my teeth health, as well as my emotional health. Dr. Pham is excellent!!!!I went in with an abscess tooth. Great place! I just moved here from Chicago and needed a new place. Was recommended this office and so I went. I worked with the hygienist Adrian. There were cute customized welcome signs for me which made me feel very welcome. Adrian was gentle and very informative on every step of the cleaning. He had great recommendations to help tackle some stuff I needed to focus on when brushing my teeth. The conversation was fun and my smile looks great! Would totally recommend working with Adrian!
