I usually enjoy my experience, this last appointment however was a little off. I had a different hygienist than I usually do, and as much as I appreciated her expertise I don't usually get a lecture on how to take care of my teeth because I take care of them really well. I never heard a complaint until now about sensitivity, recessed gums, etc. but when id flinch it was always explained away as something my fault when I haven't changed anything and haven't had any issues before. My last several visits never hurt this bad.
