Abby was so professional. I appreciated her thoroughness and gentleness. And wow! I never even cried… Dr. Lazar illustrated care and forewarnings. Also, a big thank you to the office staff and other administrators for their efficiencies , outstanding scheduling, and pleasant demeanors.
