Great service today from Dr Laz, Kate and Gabby. They were very patient with me as I asked an abundance of questions. Professional, thorough and kind.
The staff and Dr. Lazaroff are outstanding. The only complaint I would have is not about dental care, but about atmosphere and ambiance. When I walked in, I was met with a barrage of abrasive and loud "music" (I use the term "music" loosely here). I couldn't even tell you what genre of music is was, except that it was high pitched and screechy. Background music in offices should be more felt than heard, and help clients to feel at ease. It made me feel tense and irritable. Maybe this issue can be rectified.
Everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable. Gabby the hygienist is wonderful. Very professional as well & makes you feel very comfortable.
I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. The doctor took his time to go over everything and made me feel confident and comfortable with my future care plan. The hygienist was great she cleaned my teeth and when she was finished my mouth felt great. I am a new patient and after trying to find a dental home for several years I believe I finally found one.
The technition did wonderful work and she explained every action.

The staff is always amazing very nice and precessional. But I do want to give a shout out to Gabriela for doing such an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and she took her time to explain a lot of new information and was very caring. Thank you.
