We love new image dental. The hygienists are awesome, friendly, and efficient. They know their stuff! Doctors Scott and Leslie are the very best. They care. They are knowledgeable. They are friendly. They are responsive to emergencies. They worry about your teeth so you don't have to! Even the office staff and receptionist are friendly. I wouldn't change dentists for anything. You couldn't find a better group.
Dr.Scott is great. He did a great job this time. So the above average rating is based on the actual dental work completed. He is great with explaining things and keeping calm which in turns keep me calm. However, I really do not have good luck with the administrative staff. Before it was unaccountable charges with the explanation of that is how our our printouts are. But this time.... I walked into the office and the person at the front desk was unfamiliar to me. Everyone is so warm and welcoming from the time I come in to the time I leave. Love love my hygienist she is always educating me on what I could possibly do to help my sensitivity and bone loss. I also appreciate that they inform and don't push the procedures.
My teeth always feel their cleanest when I leave new image dental!
I have never been to a more thorough office. Hillary, Melissa and Dr. Scott were amazing and walked me through every single thing that I had done. I really felt comfortable the whole time. Thanks so much!
Could not be more pleased with the New Image experience and results... my crown and bite are perfect! Dr. Scott and staff are awesome. You definitely have a new patient for good.... discovered my old dentist is a dinosaur.
