Overall the experience was good. Downfall is our service was not good. Our waitress rarely asked how we were doing, took forever to get what we asked for, so much that we had to wave down another server who was very apologetic. After that the service was fair…I would definitely give this place another shot.
Service was amazing. Food and drinks were delicious.
Food was great but service was even better! Celebrated a 75th birthday and the staff made it memorable. Thank you!! ❤️
Business response:
Thank you for celebrating such a special milestone with us! We're so glad our team helped make the 75th birthday memorable. We can't wait to welcome you back!
Great service! Great food! Aguachiles are fire! 🔥
Food was excellent but the noise level was too high for us.
Decided to try this restaurant out for Mother’s Day after seeing their ad on Instagram. Food and vibe was great but the service could’ve been better. I don’t blame the workers as much as I will hold the business accountable. I understand a day like Mother’s Day is very busy but businesses should anticipate and staff accordingly to serve all patrons sufficiently.
Business response:
Thank you for spending Mother’s Day with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad you enjoyed the food and vibe, and we’re sorry the service fell short. We truly appreciate your patience and hope we can give you a much better experience next time.
Food was amazing and service was top tier I recommend the happy hour prices are very good
Business response:
Thank you so much for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the experience and that happy hour hit the spot. We hope to see you again soon!
Our server was so nice and super helpful he recommended the birria tacos and let me say they didn’t disappoint one bit and the churros are amazing as well 10/10 loved everything about it
Business response:
We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great experience. The birria tacos are definitely a favorite, and we’re so glad they lived up to the recommendation. And the churros… always a perfect way to end the meal! We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to your server. Hope to see you again soon!
Great food and perfect service made up for the deafening noise.
