We met with Mr. Ettinger. From the moment we made contact to make an appt., we were given the digital edition of the book and answers to preliminary questions. The meetings and documents were as seamless as can be. I read the book, compiled our questions and required documents and felt very comfortable reviewing our needs with Mr. E. Signing up with Mike Ettinger's firm was one of the best things we could do. His team is extremely knowledgable and the process is easy. Although Mike is not our individual attorney, he is always reachable by e-mail and provides prompt responses. Their policy of free follow-up meetings every few years is invaluable since circumstances and laws can change.

He refused to accept any payment until we were totally satisfied and signed the trust documents. We certainly benefited from the single focus of his firm. His associate Danielle Becker was particularly helpful.
