Evan is very knowledgeable and was pleasant to work with. He first looked at my credit and explained in detail what steps I need to take to get my credit score higher so I could get a better rate. Then he knew exactly what documentation was needed to get through the underwriting process. Evan walk me through every step of the way. He even came to the closing on my home to assure that nothing could go wrong. It was a pleasure to have Evan handle my mortgage needs and I highly recommend him.

Evan was easy to work with and had excellent communication. My only issue was at the tail end of the process. I felt like there was a lack of communication from his team, which made the last two weeks extremely and unnecessarily stressful.
