He talks to you on phone gets your business collects his fees then you never hear from him again I have someone close to me going through and issue and so far nothing has been done towards his other then 2 different attorneys quiting or being fired by Nappens firm Nappen don't even handle cases anymore he's nothing but a political show boat but hand is out quick for your money
