Evan was very helpful and thorough when I had questions, which there were a lot of since I was a first time home buyer. His response time was very quick with getting back to me and with getting pre-approvals when we were searching for our house. We recently purchased a foreclosure that required the home buying process to be shorter than usual buy the bank. Our lawyer was concerned that there wasn’t enough time for the mortgage to go through but I told Evan what the window was and he got it done in time.

Evan and his team were extremely competent, supportive and reliable, couldn't have asked more from them. The rates were lower than expected and the support provided was exemplary, specifically, I had some unexpected issue with my personal circumstances two days before the close, risking the closing process, but Evan's team stepped in and took us through without a hiccup. Highly recommended !!!!

After 2 previous lenders screwing things up Evan took the time to do everything right. Everything went smoothly. I am a happily refinanced man.
